Clinton Hill
Why Clinton Hill?
Clinton Hill is a vibrant and diverse Brooklyn neighborhood with a rich history dating back to the late 19th century, when affluent families left Manhattan for Brooklyn's peace and quiet. The area is home to Pratt Institute, St. Joseph's College, and a notable Landmark District featuring historic mansions and stately row houses that can still be toured today. Beyond these grand estates, the neighborhood offers beautiful pre-war co-ops at relatively affordable prices, attracting first-time buyers to this artistic and convenient area. In recent years, developers have transformed aged buildings and vacant lots into boutique condominium projects that have promising long-term growth potential.
Where is Clinton Hill?
Clinton Hill abuts Fort Green and Bed-Stuy for it's full length. To the north is the Brooklyn Navy Yard and to the south is Prospect Park.
Our Recommendations
Pratt Institute’s Sculpture Park, one of the largest in New York City, stretches across the 25-acre Brooklyn campus. Well-known and emerging artists, faculty, and graduates kindly loan their work to the exhibition, and the park includes a number of commissioned works as well.
